What mattress is better than Saatva?
Founded in 2010, Saatva concentrates on direct-to-consumer high-end mattresses under three brand: Saatva, Loom & Leaf, and Zenhaven. In between these three brands, the business offers numerous bed mattress models, consisting of the all-foam Loom & Leaf;& Leaf; the latex Zenhaven; the airbed, Solaire; and the hybrid Saatva. Perfect for: Individuals with more specific firmness preferences Sleepers of any size and sleep position Those who tend to sleep hot Couples trying to find a combination of pressure relief and bounce A lot of online mattresses are foams or hybrids, so the Saatva Classic sticks out. It’s one of the few innerspring bed mattress you can easily purchase online. Pocketed coils provide the Saatva Classic a great amount of bounce near the top, and a luxurious top includes softness. Likewise, just like all of the Saatva Company’s bed mattress, the Saatva Classic is provided by movers, rather than in a box. Saatva likewise offers a generous 180-day trial period and simple returns.
Factors to consider: Saatva Pillow Snoring
The Saatva’s convenience system uses thinner layers of foam than numerous hybrid designs. These thinner layers of foam integrated with the Euro-top’s fiber fill absorb some movement, decreasing how much motion is felt across the surface of the bed. Sleepers might still experience some movement transfer when their partner modifications position or gets up throughout the night due to the mattress’s two layers of springs. Thanks to its softer feel, the Plush Soft variation of the Saatva takes in somewhat more motion than the High-end Firm and Company alternatives. While all of the Saatva firmness choices have pressure-relieving potential, the quantity of pressure relief that a specific experiences on the mattress will differ based partly on their weight and sleep position. Individuals who weigh under 130 pounds will likely experience the most pressure relief on the Plush Soft version of the bed mattress, while sleepers over 230 pounds will likely get the best balance of contouring and assistance from the Company version.
Note: Saatva just recently upgraded the Zenhaven, changing the type of latex used in its foam layers. The Zenhaven now includes Dunlop latex, instead of Talalay latex; learn more about the distinctions below. We prepare to evaluate the brand-new version soon and will update this guide with our impressions.
The Zenhaven is also flippable (the High-end Plush side feels medium-firm, while the Gentle Company side feels a bit firmer), which may prove useful if you’re not sure what you choose or if your needs alter over time. This is not a conventionally cushy bed mattress, but it provides a flexible cushion, excellent edge support, and a subtle springiness.

We have not yet done a deep dive into the “natural” claims of Saatva or of other “environment-friendly” brands. We do understand that the business uses thistle pulp or organic wool as a flame retardant (as opposed to fiberglass or chemicals) and just organic cotton (rather of synthetic blends) in its covers. As do other online bed mattress business, Saatva touts such additionals as zoned layers for “optimum spine assistance”; we’re less impressed with those functions and more appreciative of Saatva’s responsive client service and resilient foams and coils.
