What mattress is better than Saatva?
Founded in 2010, Saatva concentrates on direct-to-consumer luxury mattresses under three trademark name: Saatva, Loom & Leaf, and Zenhaven. In between these three brands, the business sells a number of bed mattress designs, including the all-foam Loom & Leaf;& Leaf; the latex Zenhaven; the airbed, Solaire; and the hybrid Saatva. Perfect for: People with more particular firmness preferences Sleepers of any size and sleep position Those who tend to sleep hot Couples looking for a combination of pressure relief and bounce Most online mattresses are hybrids or foams, so the Saatva Classic stands apart. It’s one of the few innerspring bed mattress you can conveniently buy online. Pocketed coils provide the Saatva Classic a great amount of bounce near the top, and a plush top adds softness. As with all of the Saatva Company’s mattresses, the Saatva Classic is delivered by movers, rather than in a box. Saatva likewise provides a generous 180-day trial period and simple returns.

Note: Saatva recently upgraded the Zenhaven, altering the type of latex used in its foam layers. The Zenhaven now includes Dunlop latex, instead of Talalay latex; learn more about the differences below. We prepare to check the new variation quickly and will update this guide with our impressions.
The all-foam Zenhaven consists mostly of latex, which is fundamentally resilient. The Zenhaven is likewise flippable (the Luxury Plush side feels medium-firm, while the Mild Company side feels a bit firmer), which may prove helpful if you’re uncertain what you choose or if your needs alter with time. This is not a traditionally soft bed mattress, however it uses a flexible cushion, good edge support, and a subtle springiness. Given its innate durability, the Zenhaven must work well for individuals who weigh more than 200 pounds.
These bed mattress were also evaluated in our group tests conducted for Wirecutter’s guides to the best foam mattresses and the finest innerspring bed mattress. Making sense of Saatva Saatva’s portfolio of beds– many with a choice of firmness levels and accommodating almost every convenience preference– consists of: Saatva Classic ( innerspring).
Loom & Leaf ( all foam).
Zenhaven ( all latex).
Saatva Latex Hybrid ( latex with coils).

We have not yet done a deep dive into the “natural” claims of Saatva or of other “environment-friendly” brands. However we do know that the business uses thistle pulp or natural wool as a flame retardant (rather than fiberglass or chemicals) and just organic cotton (instead of artificial blends) in its covers. As do other online mattress companies, Saatva touts such bonus as zoned layers for “optimum spine support”; we’re less impressed with those features and more appreciative of Saatva’s responsive customer service and durable foams and coils.
